I thought this was a fun class.  I did make me a little more a aware of “the media”.

I don’t think there’s anything Wrong with culture spying.

It forces people to change and to grow and sometimes to think.

I don’t think Samantha is going to efect people very much.

But, it was fun all the same.

We made it because on the first day we got in to an argument about what emo “is”.

What it has to do with Culture Spying?

When the media picked up emo and it became kinda popular, all the little sub divisions got tossed together,

and so we wanted to get people strait on what they “were”.

We didn’t get very far in to that..

So, basicly what it is, is a blog about what the typical teenager thinks emo “is”.

Today I was “supposed” to be playing nerdy roll playing games with Jon, will, Ty, wyatt and Claire but

“someone” wokeup puking this morning and it was cancled.  Grr.

So instead I came crawling back to marwen.

We pretty much finished up Samantha,  we got some emo videos on the myspace,

I tried to friend some more poeple.. Found a HUGE emo lady looking for sex from an “emo biggie” as she

put it.

Today I did some more work on “Samantha”.

She now has three friends (including tom)  a bunch of photos  and a basic profile.

Samantha also got a complement on her rediculous hair from some random girl I friended.

Today was also very loud due to the guys trying to fix the table.

I don’t think it’s going very well cuz the table keeps colapsing.

Today we made a myspace for “Samantha” the emo girl that i made up.

So far I have attemped to friend 8 people. I looked up the definition of emo and posted it on there.

Samantha has a boyfriend named fred.

My favorite part of the day was:  The table that holds up our comuters madesome cracking noises and colapesed of top of Mercedes.   Haha

Today we talked about the media and compared “teen” styles on the street to teen styles in the midia.

I think there’s a  lot of bull crap in the media about what people should look like.

I also think this computer needs a better internet connection.

And I have gross marker stuff all over my hands.

I went to water tower mall and interveiwed four people!! *gasps*
